About Emerald Horizon Lawncare
Before starting Emerald Horizon Lawncare, I spent years in home remodeling in the Selma and Schertz area — and I kept hearing the same story from homeowners: their lawn care company ghosted them, did a lousy job, and disappeared. So I decided to do something about it. Growing up maintaining a full acre out in the country, I already knew the work. Emerald Horizon was built on what most lawn guys skip — actually treating homeowners like they matter. Three years later, that's still the whole game plan.
Ours Neighbors Say It Better Than We Ever Could.
Real reviews from real homeowners across Selma, Schertz and Cibolo. No scripts, no incentives - just honest feedback from your neighbors.
I needed fast lawn care for my yard; I wanted the grass done, the trees cut, a great estimate, and a reliable person. I called Emerald Horizon Lawncare on a Saturday. Josh came right away to see the job and was very knowledgeable. Josh gave me a good estimate. I hired him right away. On Monday, the work was done exactly how I wanted my yard to look. Thank you, Josh, at Emerald Horizon Lawncare!
The organization was prompt, responsive, and highly proficient in executing the necessary lawn mowing tasks.
Excellent job. Very friendly and professional.
"Emerald Horizon Lawncare is top shelf, professional and truly caring. I had been unable to take care of our yard due to surgery and it got to the point where we were running inside the house because we were so embarrassed of our yard. Josh reached out after me contacting them and I explained our situation and also being so close to Mother’s Day asked if there was anyway to get us in the same week. He did and did an excellent job mowing and trimming. He did not try to upsell me on unnecessary services in fact quite the opposite explained what was happening to our yard and recommended different approaches. Josh also took the time to tidy up after the trimming and mowing. We have tried many other companies that just rush in here with their stand on mowers and then blow all the clippings all over the place. Not Emerald. Thank you Josh for your help and assistance. Emerald Horizon will continue to get our business. Hard to find a great lawn service that takes pride in their work like Josh does."
